Summaries do not have a formal conclusion. There are four steps to follow if you need to write a summary: É Create a topic sentence using the "burrito" topic sentence method. É Copy the topic sentence into a "real" sentence. É Add a Fact Outline É Write the summary using your Fact Outline.
